This isn’t an easy explanation, when we’re measured
alongside entrée-genres as Milieu of Similarity, we’re
rendered speechless - & with no resemblance to any
modicum of the vogue we’d instantly recognise; altho
somebody not beyond th’ pale probably knows this &
preferring to remain silently anonymous says nothing
to usually erudite peers in a gobsmacked company -
while tactfully sidling sideways into a neutral zone
Hey, that means nothing doesn’t it, favours a group’s
unspoken agreement & concession we don’t play by
those rules even if ‘they are our rules’ and we’ve yet
t’ recognise ‘em as being our milieus peculiar way of
wooing change; so if th’ only way you can agree’s to
remain silent, then you can see its pugnacious irony
