Consoling yourself with an elemental excuse, one
you’d enigmatically distance yourself from usually,
isn’t the wisest way to survive Sunday. Aha, but a
12:30am kick-off can’t be deemed sole cause of a
mind numbing indigence its occasion precipitates,
unless we can blame TV scheduling, and the way
they casually slip the gauntlet; even tho’ diligently
amended recording times didn’t guarantee we got
all of the actual match we wanted to see; well, we
knew some weeks back, there is a sleight of hand
selling streaming connects for a ‘Summer Series’
with our National teams playing overseas in USA
& Wales commencing this weekend, and if it had
suggested we were about to be duped, we failed
t' see it as a done deal. Thus awakening in early
AM to see a Wallabies v Wales 1st Test, I learned
why even my best efforts only just captured a part
of the match,15 mins t’ be exact, and the replay’s
screening on Tuesday; then using the PC to read
a live Blog & hopefully see some streaming didn’t
eventuate; demand for up-front cash without any
security you’d actually get what you paid for said
what should have been obvious - so I missed the
All Blacks v Ireland game played in Chicago too..
although I got to view the score and knew who’d
won, tho’ the victor’s weren’t partisan spectators
and I’d bet a lot of money changed banks …
