This Case

Let me guess, I’d be wrong to suggest ‘there’s an
anomaly in what you said’ - it’d mean that either I
didn’t hear it properly, i.e., the tenor of everything
expressed was more than actual ‘word meanings’
as I assessed them to be - or the tone in my reply
implied I didn’t agree - yet keeping quiet makes it
an indisputably foregone ‘open and shut’ case of
my fey judgement being in error too noticeably -

And so be it; unless I hold the key to the padlock
we both see securing the argument of who’s had
and used the right of reply, and failed t’ deny any
charge of misleading constituencies of belief - to
wit - it has to be you as you didn’t assent & your
noncompliance erected the damn security fence
