then I’m again requited; you see back a way,
& not that far, we played with those ideas on
how you get th' best flavours out of a freshly
ground bean. It isn’t as easy as it seems - &,
altho seeking opinions labels it that complex
barista-lingua artistry deemed showmanship
th’ first sip put an end t’ preconceived ideas
So, we became sort of intrigued as to which
method gave the best return for the effort; &
hey, lookee here, its the lo-stress formula for
hosting flavours undressed in th’ heat effect
expressions o’ a sanctimonious supremacy,
a true win-win if you really play it that way
12 hr soaking of finely ground beans means
you’ll wait a while for your brew, but if truely
patient, subtle combination of flavours pays
th’ dividends you’d see as compensation, &
there’s no way an espresso-to-go can make
transcendence to that transmogrification
