Plasticity

If we’re plastic, then we’d be related to polymer
dissolving amoeba, or something like the scene
where our discarded crap gets turned into good
vibes that can be reused again; it seems not yet
the case, although there’s scientific evidence of
a weird bacteria doing something similar at sea;
its where all that plastic eventually ends up isn’t
it, or’m I naive about our biggest rubbish dump

The saying goes ‘a line of least resistance lends
greater proportions of gravity’ - ok, I made it up,
but its th’ way a cookie crumbles; so as soon as
recycled plastic is consumed, and then recycled
into th’ next scrimp-like delicacy - we’re queued
with expectancy; trust me, we’ll be recycled too
