It may seem a trifle crazy but th’ way French Top 

14 Rugby’s refereed offers more to the soul than 

you’d normally expect to see on screen; there is 

an amazing man who looks exactly like Mr Bean 

of the Blackadder series, and no - it isn’t Rowan 

Atkinson in the flesh - yet th’ gestures, and even 

voice match him to a tee: refreshing it is, and, at 

times, amazingly funny; like those scripted gifts 

Plagiarist’s wouldn’t hesitate t’ re-engeder: altho 

I take rugby rather seriously here’s the shift from 

dour pedantry to cavalier simplification which th’ 

players could join in if they didn’t take their ‘nth 

degree’ t’ seeing just one point o' view; anyway 

it was far more entertaining - and well refereed
