Easy Peasy Pizza



Grating the cheese for an evening pizza takes a 
weight of th’ culinary impedimenta; well at least 
in th’ sense of mountains of preparation, th’ rest 
exists in th’ fridge, and if they ain’t there, we will 
very quickly make substitutions - and may I say, 
finessed by plethoras of practise; and that’s the 
beauty of a feast where all you need pre-plan is 
that there’s a couple of bases in th' deep freeze 

Well, we passed that test ok - & there is tomato 
paste pizza sauce - flavoured with garlic, herbs 
and onions (double concentrate) in the drawer - 
so th’ rest being things like olives, tomato, ham 
means we’re already there, just some onions, & 
a bit of capsicum, to dice nicely later - but now 

We’ve to deal with très soft & mite over-queasy 
mozzarella, but later, after a spell in the freezer
