Sensitivity

If I knew of a way to deal with this I would surely
be rejuvenated: there’s nothing random in taking
a series of precise measurements, it is a case of
repeating a simple metronomic sequence, doing
it routinely and dispassionately, making notes of
outcomes and moving on; well, that’s the theory,
it’s just in my case there’s no way that I can con
myself into not seeing those raw consequences

Yes, at best it is only a maybe scenario - but it’s
still a test o' diligence from which evidence may
yet materialise - or am I simply grasping straws
loosed amongst th’ gathered dross; disfunction
is what we’re looking for, & it seems to emanate
from an innate sensitivity, solely and completely
