Games To Go

Claiming I don’t get intimidated on seeing so many 

games of Association Football on TV doesn’t mean 

I’m bored - well, not yet anyway; but to redress this 

calamitous state of play needs more’n just the few, 

day-long repetitious replays of those recent Rugby 

Championship matches, plus a gaggle of the other 

assorted games generously forming a screen from 

the codes of intrusively instigated crime scenes

And who knows better than I that appetite whetting 

cannot be approximated by placebo fricassees, no 

matter how surreptitiously the memes are polished; 

so there we are - gratuitous to the core - however it 

doesn’t suggest the way isn’t a favourable match of 

sorts, and the score’s still one-all with games-to-go
